Our client is a fast-growing fashion brand expanding across European markets. The company builds contemporary womenswear and lifestyle products, combining modern design with accessible price points. With a strong retail presence and an active digital audience, they are entering a new growth phase in Poland and the EU, strengthening brand visibility, deepening engagement, and elevating their creative strategy across campaigns, content, and influencer marketing.

Role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager with hands-on experience in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands. This role is ideal for someone who lives in a creative environment, knows how to build brand presence across digital and offline channels, and is confident managing campaigns end-to-end, from strategy to execution.

You will own the marketing roadmap for the Polish and EU markets, working closely with creative, retail, and e-commerce teams.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute 360° marketing strategies for the Polish and EU markets (campaigns, content, collaborations, retail activations).

  • Manage brand communication across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Meta), ensuring a consistent and engaging brand voice.

  • Lead content production: photoshoots, videos, creative concepts, influencer collaborations.

  • Work with PR, stylists, designers, and creative partners to strengthen brand visibility.

  • Oversee performance of digital campaigns and implement data-driven improvements.

  • Coordinate cross-functional marketing activities with eCommerce and retail teams.

  • Manage local marketing budget and report performance metrics.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, media, and fashion partners.

Your Background

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing within fashion, lifestyle, retail, or related industries.

  • Strong hands-on experience in SMM, content production, and managing multi-channel campaigns.

  • Confident in planning and executing photoshoots, working with creative teams, and building visual identity.

  • Understanding of digital marketing metrics and ability to analyze campaign performance.

  • Experience managing collaborations with influencers, designers, or public figures.

  • Excellent communication, creativity, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong sense of aesthetics and understanding of fashion trends.

  • Based in Warsaw or open to hybrid work in Poland.
