Are you ready to take the lead in a dynamic, international environment? We are looking for an experienced
Customer Service Team Leader
to manage and develop a local team in Warsaw. This is an opportunity to join a global organization in the medical technology sector, where innovation and collaboration drive everything.
About the Role
In this position, you will oversee daily operations, ensure service excellence, and coach your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to optimize processes and resolve challenges, while maintaining a hands-on approach when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the activities of the Customer Support team
- Monitor performance and implement process improvements for efficiency and quality
- Act as a mentor and coach, fostering professional growth within the team
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth order-to-cash processes
- Handle escalations and maintain business continuity
- Identify opportunities for operational enhancements and drive change
What We're Looking For:
- 2–3 years of leadership experience in Customer Support or Operations
- Background in MedTech or other regulated industries
- Advanced Excel skills and strong knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems (
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Fluency in English (German or French is a plus)
- Proactive, hands-on mindset with a balance of strategic and operational skills
- Experience in multicultural, international environments
