Job Description
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will respond to customer questions and concern.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain reliable attendance, complete required training, and consistently meet performance expectations.
- Building a good relationship with the customer.
- Contacting customers via phone, email, or chat in Swiss German.
- Ensure timely responses to inquiries in alignment with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Respond to customer questions and concerns.
- Assisting with technical, warranty, and complaint issues.
- Sharing insights to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company guidelines and client-specific policies, maintaining compliance with global standards.
- Updating customer data and collaborating with other departments.
- Creating exceptional customer experience.
Targeted Qualifications
- Fluency in Swiss German Language/Schwyzertüütsch, C1 level or Higher.
- Fluency in English Language, B2 level or Higher.
- A team player who thrives in collaborating, giving and receiving feedback and lifting others up.
- A skilled communicator who enjoys creating personalized verbal and written communication.
