We are looking for a
Customer Service Specialist
with
French
,
English
and
Polish
to join our client's team in Warsaw.

If you already have some experience or more in customer service, and you speak French, English and Polish, this role is a great opportunity for you. In this role, you will handle orders, answer questions, and help customers find solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders; enter new orders, updates and cancellations
  • Answer questions and inquiries by email and phone
  • Check product availability, prices and delivery
  • Manage and process credit requests
  • Collaborate with logistics, sales and finance teams

Requirements:

  • Min. 1 year of experience in customer service or order management
  • Very good knowledge of French, English and Polish
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Experience in SAP is a plus
