Settlement Specialist in Funds Dealing Service Team
Requirements

  • Prior experience in Funds Industry or Accounting would be an advantage
  • English and French on advanced level (B2/C1) is a must
  • Bachelor or above (field of study: finance, banking, accounting, investment)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Stress resistance and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player
  • Self-motivation and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

  • Process daily transactions to deliver required services in accordance with SLA requirements
  • Perform daily activities to ensure the process is delivered within established procedures
  • Escalate any system or process issues to ensure immediate actions are taken by management
  • Propose process enhancements to ensure the proper delivery of FDS targets
  • Collaborate closely with team members and business partners to provide excellent customer service
