Settlement Specialist in Funds Dealing Service Team

Requirements:

Prior experience in Funds Industry or Accounting would be an advantage

English and French on advanced level (B2/C1) is a must

Bachelor or above (field of study: finance, banking, accounting, investment)

Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel)

Attention to detail and accuracy

Stress resistance and ability to work under tight deadlines

Ability to work effectively as a team player

Self-motivation and willingness to learn

Responsibilities:

Process daily transactions to deliver required services in accordance with SLA requirements

Perform daily activities to ensure the process is delivered within established procedures

Escalate any system or process issues to ensure immediate actions are taken by management

Propose process enhancements to ensure the proper delivery of FDS targets

Collaborate closely with team members and business partners to provide excellent customer service
