Zakres obowiązków

  • Nadzór nad sprawnością instalacji, urządzeń i infrastruktury energetycznej zgodnie ze standardami i przepisami.
  • Utrzymanie obiektów budowlanych, terenów zewnętrznych oraz wyposażenia wewnętrznego (w tym nadzór nad KOB).
  • Zapewnienie ciągłości dostaw mediów (para, gaz, prąd, woda) oraz prawidłowej pracy oczyszczalni ścieków.
  • Kontrola urządzeń UDT i metrologii oraz prowadzenie działań poprawiających efektywność energetyczną.
  • Udział w rozwoju technicznym fabryki i wsparcie projektów inwestycyjnych.
  • Prowadzenie programów prewencyjnych i planów konserwacji (TPM).
  • Zarządzanie zespołem ok. 20 pracowników, rozwój kompetencji oraz planowanie pracy.
  • Odpowiedzialność za budżet obszaru i współpracę z działami oraz dostawcami.

Wymagania

  • Wyższe wykształcenie techniczne.
  • Min. 3 lata doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku w zakładzie produkcyjnym (preferowana branża FMCG).
  • Min. 3 lata doświadczenia w zarządzaniu zespołem.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość systemów energetycznych (elektryka, para, gaz, woda, sprężone powietrze, instalacje amoniakalne).
  • Wiedza z zakresu metrologii oraz utrzymania obiektów budowlanych.
  • Uprawnienia SEP gr. I, II, III – "E" i "D".
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego.
  • Otwartość na zmiany, inicjatywa, umiejętność analitycznego myślenia i szybkiego podejmowania decyzji.
  • Wysokie kompetencje managerskie, samodzielność, odpowiedzialność i orientacja na wynik.
