Role Description

This is a part-time, seasonal role for a Sales Associate located in Annapolis, MD. The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection, maintaining store appearance, and handling sales transactions. The role involves being proactive in understanding customer needs, promoting Michael Kors products, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This is an on-site role, requiring interaction with customers in the store.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail sales and customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of luxury fashion and accessories
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Passion for fashion and the Michael Kors brand
  • Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude
