Project Description:
Our client, one of the leading Agriculture Companies, is modernising their landscape and adopting AI and innovations in their process. As a software engineer you will join a team of professionals working on Organisation R&D and help to build organisation services on next level
Responsibilities:
Curate & manage HR knowledge: Organize policies, processes, and best practices into accessible repositories.
Analyze HR data: Use AI tools to generate insights on workforce trends and HR metrics.
Develop AI prompts: Create and refine prompts for HR-related AI use cases.
Collaborate with stakeholders: Work with HR, tech, and leadership teams to align AI initiatives.
Ensure ethical AI use: Monitor for bias, fairness, and compliance in AI applications.
Drive adoption: Support change management and training for AI tools in HR.
Continuous improvement: Stay updated on HR tech and recommend enhancements.
Mandatory Skills Description:
AI Literacy & Understanding of AI Tools
Data Literacy & People Analytics
Prompt Engineering
Algorithmic Awareness
Familiarity with platforms like SharePoint, Confluence, or specialized HRIS systems.
Experience in guiding HR teams through digital transformation and AI adoption.
Skill in translating complex data and AI outputs into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders.
Mode of work: hybrid 2days/ week from the office
