About the role:
As a ServiceNow Developer, you will contribute to our digital transformation initiatives by developing and customizing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires foundational technical skills in both front-end and back-end development, familiarity with ServiceNow's ITSM, ServOps, HRSD and Asset Management modules, and the ability to execute tasks that meet defined business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with other ServiceNow Developers and Business Analysts to understand requirements and implement solutions as designed.
• Perform customization and enhancement of ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Develop client-side and server-side scripts to enhance existing functionality.
• Ensure solutions are developed following established security and compliance standards.
• Participate in the testing and deployment phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Maintain and update technical documentation for ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Participate in code reviews to learn best practices and contribute to quality assurance.
• Actively learn the latest ServiceNow features, updates, and best practices.

About you:

• 1 to 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Foundational knowledge of ServiceNow development practices, including client and server-side scripting and application UI configuration.
• Experience working with basic workflows in the ServiceNow platform (preferably ITSM).
• JavaScript, Glide Script, knowledge and exposure to HTML/CSS.
• Foundational system integration experience using web services such as REST/SOAP is a plus.
• Knowledge of basic software development principles.
• Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with team members.
• Certifications in ServiceNow modules are highly regarded, but not required.

Education Requirements/Qualification:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - highly desired
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) - a plus
