Responsibilities:
  • ensure the stability and reliability of production systems through automation, monitoring, and incident response,
  • participate in 24/7 on-call rotations, responding to and resolving incidents efficiently,
  • maintain and improve monitoring dashboards and alerting systems using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or New Relic,
  • troubleshoot and debug issues across infrastructure, applications, and network layers,
  • support and enhance CI/CD pipelines leveraging Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab,
  • manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters, Docker containers, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP),
  • develop automation scripts and tools (Python, Bash) to streamline operations and eliminate manual processes,
  • collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure system reliability and smooth release cycles.
Requirements:
  • experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related infrastructure roles,
  • strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls),
  • hands-on experience with cloud platforms, containerization, and CI/CD tooling,
  • familiarity with monitoring and observability solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, New Relic, etc.),
  • proficiency in scripting and automation using Python or Bash,
  • excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to system stability and performance,
  • strong communication and teamwork skills with a focus on operational excellence.
