This position requires an experienced Benefits administrator with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of EMEA pension and benefit plans and
• Managing documentation of all benefits plans and pensions throughout EMEA, including associated contracts, to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Providing support for annual enrolment processes in EMEA locations including communications and coordinating benefits fairs
• Supporting the implementation of new EMEA benefit initiatives
• Support review of intranet content for Benefit related topics for EMEA
• Supporting vendor management and compliance activities relating to all EMEA benefit vendors via the Third-Party Risk Management Program (TPRM)
• Supporting periodic EMEA wide data reviews

What We Are Looking For

• 3 or more years' experience in a/HR operations/benefits administration
• HR/finance/accounting Degree preferred
• Fluency in written and oral English (very good level)
• Ability to set priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to deliver high quality work and to work under pressure with attention to detail
• Ability to interact with all levels of employees and management and handle confidential information in a professional manner
• Experience of managing projects
• Flexibility, "can do" attitude
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work in a dynamic business environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, influencing, and customer service skills
