Was hast du zu bieten?

Eine umfassende Leidenschaft für Kundenberatung und Payroll und ein starkes Engagement für die Betreuung von Kunden in unterschiedlichen Bereichen.

Aber auch:

  • Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit Erfahrungen im Bereich Payroll oder einen Abschluss als Steuerfachangestellter (m/w/d) mit dem Schwerpunkt Lohn/Gehaltsabrechnung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer-, Sozialversicherungs-, Tarif- und Arbeitsrecht
  • Routinierter Umgang mit den aktuellen MS-Office Tools (vor allem MS-Excel und Pivot)
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich der Payroll wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert

Welche Aufgaben kannst du erwarten?

  •  Kundenunterstützung bei lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragen
  •  Klärung und Parametrierung von komplexen Payroll-Sachverhalten
  • Aktive Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer Software- und Service-Prozesse
  • Übernahme eines eigenen Kundenstammes nach erfolgreicher Einarbeitung
