  • dbanie o prawidłowy obieg dokumentów wewnątrz firmy
  • uzupełnianie i aktualizacja danych kadrowych w systemach HR
  • archiwizacja i porządkowanie dokument6w kadrowych
  • pomoc w bieżących projektach z obszaru administracji kadrowej

Wymagania

  • status absolwenta/absolwentki lub studenta/studentki minimum III roku studi6w (preferowane kierunki: zarzadzanie zasobami ludzkimi, psychologia, socjologia, prawo)
  • dyspozycyjność minimum 32h w tygodniu
  • zainteresowanie zagadnieniami z zakresu prawa pracy
  • dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • dobra znajomość języka angielskiego
  • chęć nauki, inicjatywy i zaangażowania
  • umiejętność planowania i organizacji pracy własnej
  • skrupulatność i dokładność
  • umiejętność komunikacji i pracy w zespole
  • mile widziane pierwsze doświadczenie w obszarze kadr
