Na stanowisku
Head of Project Management
będziesz odpowiadać za wysoką jakość zarządzania projektami i relacji z klientami. To rola liderska, łącząca wsparcie operacyjne i merytoryczne dla PM-ów z rozwijaniem procesów projektowych i kultury współpracy w organizacji.

Zakres obowiązków:

Wspieranie PM-ów w realizacji projektów (harmonogram, budżet, ryzyka, komunikacja)

Udział w kluczowych spotkaniach z klientami i rozmowach eskalacyjnych

Monitorowanie standardów pracy PM-ów i wdrażanie działań korygujących

Planowanie obciążenia zespołu i przydział projektów

Identyfikacja projektów o podwyższonym ryzyku i współtworzenie planów naprawczych

Tworzenie i rozwój standardów, szablonów i narzędzi zarządzania projektami

Mentoring i "shadowing" PM-ów

Współprowadzenie wybranych, bardziej złożonych projektów

Wymagania


Must have:

  • Doświadczenie w roli Lidera Zespołu Projektowego, Koordynatora lub Starszego PM-a
  • Kilkuletnie doświadczenie w prowadzeniu projektów po stronie integratora (mile widziane projekty inżynieryjne, intralogistyczne, automatyzacja)
  • Znajomość narzędzi i technik zarządzania projektami
  • Umiejętność komunikacji z klientem, negocjacji i rozwiązywania konfliktów
  • Kompetencje liderskie i partnerskie podejście do zespołu
  • Myślenie strategiczne – perspektywa projektu i portfela
  • Wykształcenie wyższe (techniczne lub biznesowe)


Nice to have:

  • Doświadczenie w projektach międzynarodowych
  • Znajomość branż: intralogistyka, automatyzacja magazynów/produkcji
