• Advising customers on implementing and operating SAP CO and S/4HANA Finance solutions, from analysis and requirements management to technical implementation and customization.
• Leading and participating in projects with a focus on accounting and asset management, including planning and executing system migrations (brownfield/greenfield).
• Development and maintenance of SAP CO solutions tailored to the needs of the healthcare and SME sectors.
• Conducting customer workshops and providing professional presentations to identify requirements and deliver solutions.
• Delivering training sessions for SAP CO and S/4HANA Finance sub-modules and contributing to the evolution of the SAP Controlling portfolio.
• Providing application management for SAP CO solutions, ensuring smooth operation and customer satisfaction.

• Junior SAP CO Consultant: A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in SAP CO consulting, application management, or S/4HANA Finance implementation.
• Senior SAP CO Consultant: At least 3 years of experience as an SAP FI/CO Consultant with expertise in implementing processes for SAP Financial Accounting (FI), SAP Management Accounting (CO), or SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Application Management or SAP implementation projects (brownfield/greenfield).
• Proficiency in English (B2) and German (C1 or willingness to learn).
• Strong willingness to travel and participate in three two-week sessions monthly for six months.
• Motivation to deeply understand German legal requirements, tax laws, and regulatory frameworks.

NICE TO HAVE:

• SAP Specialist Consultant Certification, such as SAP CO.
• Initial experience with agile working methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and implementation in the context of Application Management Services (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Expertise in data transfer tools like SAP LSMW and SAP S/4HANA Migration Tool for financial migrations.
