Introduction

As an HR Operations Partner on a fixed-term contract, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization across the EMEA region, with a primary focus on managing Human Resources operations in Poland. This position is designed to cover the absence of an employee and offers an opportunity to shape key HR processes and ensure compliance in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Job Description

What will you do:

  • Act as the hands-on HR Operations expert for approximately 200 employees in Poland, independently managing all HR operations responsibilities.
  • Maintain comprehensive and confidential HR documentation and records in HR systems.
  • Collaborate closely with EMEA HR peers to ensure aligned HR operations and uphold the highest levels of compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate and manage onboarding and offboarding documentation and processes.
  • Support employee benefits enrollment and handle related changes and inquiries, working in partnership with the Benefits team.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues related to HR Operations topics.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics to support management decision-making and planning.

What will you bring:

  • Proficiency and hands-on expertise in Polish labor law.
  • Experience independently managing HR operations for a geographically distributed team of 200+ employees.
  • Fluency in both English and Polish.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Payroll, HR, and local authorities to ensure the highest levels of HR compliance.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and an aptitude for adopting new tools to enhance work efficiency.
  • Nice to have:
    • Experience participating in internal and/or external audits.
    • Experience working in a technology company.
