Junior Member Support Specialist

Join us as a Junior Member Support Specialist and become part of our unique international team, supporting farmers in an organization dedicated to sustainability.

To strengthen support for our farmer owners (members), a dedicated team was established in Gdansk three years ago. Based in this team, you'll provide timely, effective front-line and operational support to 8,000+ farmer owners across seven European countries (Denmark, Sweden, Great Britain, Germany, Luxembourg, Belgium, and the Netherlands). You'll be part of an international setup, working closely with laboratories, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth operations, accurate data, and strong relationships with our members.

How you will make an impact

You'll be the first point of contact for our farmer owners, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and timely support while contributing to sustainable farming initiatives.

• Proactively handle farmers' inquiries daily, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness; build strong relationships and trust
• Maintain and update master data; verify documentation in line with established guidelines and standards
• Monitor milk quality results and collaborate with other departments and external partners (e.g., laboratories, logistics)
• Support the administration of quality assurance programs connected with sustainable farming
• Contribute to our knowledge library, create how-to guides, and handle ad hoc tasks daily

What will make you successful

We're looking for a communicative, service-minded problem solver with a passion for building relationships and solid organizational skills. You'll thrive in our international setup if you're proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data and documentation.

• Bachelor's degree
• Advanced English (C1), spoken and written
• fluency in German, Dutch or French (both written and spoken) will be a plus
• Strong communication and exceptional customer service, with a passion for building and maintaining relationships
• Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Attention to detail, self-motivation, and solid organizational skills
• Experience with CRM systems and documentation verification
