Responsibilities

1. Processing employee data precisely and in timely manner (from Onboarding, workforce administration, full employee lifecycle and exit administration)2. Ensuring accurate data updates in the HR systems3. Resolving simple employee queries and requests4. Assuring that sensitive documents are treated with professionalism and confidentiality5. Contributing to HR related activities within the team6. Preparing basic reports and analyses7. Ensuring that daily operations are carried out according to set targets8. Identifying potential process improvements and actively taking part in implementation9. Developing strong working relationship with relevant stakeholders

10. Taking part in development of HR policies including: Compensation & Benefits, Performance Review, Recruitment and Selection, Talent Development11. Performing an administrative function12. Assisting in administrative tasks and providing support as a backup for the Office Specialist

Qualifications


• Required knowledge and skills
• Basic understanding of Human Resources and a desire to develop in this area
• Personnel administration related experience
• Professional English for business communication
• Good command of Excel
