About The Role
As a Technical Business Analyst in the Atlas Program, you will play a key role in bridging business requirements and technical implementation across the D365FO landscape and integrated systems. You will be responsible for ensuring that changes and enhancements are designed, tested, and delivered with high quality and clear business value.

You Will

• Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications
• Analyse D365FO processes, data models, and configurations — especially across Finance & Procurement
• Support solution designs together with Solution Architects and technical specialists
• Perform hands-on testing including test case creation, functional and integration testing
• Conduct data analysis and troubleshooting, helping debug issues and propose fixes
• Maintain accurate documentation and keep knowledge well-structured and accessible
• Assess risks and cross-system impacts of upcoming changes
• Help business stakeholders understand and adopt new system features and improvements

About You

Ideally, You Bring

• 3+ years of experience as a functional or technical Business Analyst, preferably in D365FO
• Strong practical knowledge of D365FO, especially Finance & Procurement modules
• Understanding of integration patterns and how multi-system ERP landscapes operate
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL basics, Power BI)
• Experience with testing tools and structured QA methods
• Ability to analyse business processes and propose improvements
• Strong communication skills — able to ask the right questions and drive clarity
• A structured, detail-oriented mindset and comfort working in a dynamic, multi-project environment
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery setups
