Job Description
We are looking for a
Senior Business Analyst
to support large-scale data, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives within a global consulting environment.

  • Independently deliver assigned tasks with full ownership.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements; document processes and workflows.
  • Work closely with client stakeholders to clarify needs and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Provide accurate effort estimations and support planning.
  • Manage risks proactively and communicate impacts clearly.
  • Ensure timely task delivery and transparent status reporting.
  • Support workshops, discussions, and negotiations with internal and client teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data, engineering, QA, PM).
  • Adhere to delivery processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Support pre-sales activities when required.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise projects.
  • Experience working with international clients and cross-border teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset, structured thinking, and problem-solving capability.
  • Ability to operate in a dynamic consulting environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
