As SAP HCM Consultant, you will play an important role in our company. You will advise the IT department as well as the management levels of our customers in the SME, public sector and healthcare environment as part of application management.

You will play an important role in the successful implementation of customer requirements and will be the contact person for the project management, the application management team and customer management for challenging issues in the context of SAP HCM OnPremise and/or SAP HCM cloud solutions.

• Advising our customers on the implementation and operation of SAP HCM solutions, from analysis to requirements management to implementation.
• Project work (partly project management) with a focus on SAP administration, payroll accounting & time management (positive and negative) - including conception as well as SAP HCM integration into FI/CO and migrations.
• Project work (partly project management) with a focus on SAP HCM personnel cost planning & SAP HCM organizational management, including the implementation of the conception.
• Development and maintenance of SAP organizational management.
• Implementation and maintenance of personnel cost planning and simulation planning.
• Full-time/FTE consideration in the context of personnel cost planning (job planning in the public sector and in the healthcare sector).
• Implementation of customer presentations and workshops on SAP HCM personnel cost planning and SAP HCM organizational management.
• Application Management for SAP HCM customers.

In addition, you will implement and maintain the collective bargaining and legal requirements within the framework of the Retirement Assets Act (AVmG), time and value credits as well as the integration between HCM and FI/CO. Your tasks will be completed by conducting training courses for the sub-modules PA, PT, PY, PD, PKP and OM as well as working on the further development of the HCM portfolio.

• SAP HCM Consultant: min. 3 years of professional experience as SAP HCM / SAP H4S4 Consultant
• Integrative system understanding and specific knowledge in the implementation (customizing) of relevant processes in SAP HCM and SAP H4S4
• Experience in SAP Application Management for SAP HCM and SAP H4S4 or experience in SAP H4S4 implementation projects (brownfield/greenfield)
• Good knowledge of the SAP modules PA, PY
• Knowledge of personnel cost planning, organizational management, and SAP HCM integration into SAP Finance
• English B2+
• German B2+
• Willingness to travel and longer stays abroad (three two-weeks sessions monthly within 0,5 year)
• Willingness to familiarize yourself intensively with German social security and tax law as well as legal requirements and framework conditions in the area of German payroll accounting and their implementation in SAP HCM and SAP H4S4

Nice to have:

• Good knowledge of ITIL processes and their implementation in the context of Application Management Services (ideal with Service Now)
• Initial experience with agile working methods (SCRUM, KANBAN or Design Thinking) and DevOps tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Experience with SAP Activate, SAP S/4HANA deployment options and S/4HANA migration approaches in the context of HCM desirable.

As SAP Logistics and S/4HANA Logistics Consultant, you will play an important role in our company. You will advise our customers' specialist departments and be jointly responsible for the successful implementation of functional and process-related customer requirements as part of our application management services SAP Logistics and S/4HANA Logistics.

You will advise the specialist and IT department as well as the management of our customers (with a focus on healthcare and medium-sized companies) on demanding or complex issues in the context of strategic and operational SAP Logistics and S/4HANA Logistics topics with a focus on materials management and sales.
