Job Title:
Recruiter (with Sourcing Experience)

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Hybrid Onsite

Contract position

Occasional travelling to Cracow might be required

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Recruiter
with proven experience in
sourcing and full-cycle recruitment
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent through various sourcing channels, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process that aligns with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the
    end-to-end recruitment process
    , from sourcing to offer closure.
  • Develop and execute
    strategic sourcing plans
    to identify high-quality candidates across multiple platforms.
  • Use tools such as
    LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean searches, and social media
    to attract passive and active candidates.
  • Build and maintain a
    talent pipeline
    for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct
    screening, interviews, and candidate assessments
    to evaluate suitability and fit.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records within the
    Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
    .

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of recruitment experience
    , with a focus on
    sourcing and candidate engagement
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    Boolean search techniques
    and online sourcing strategies.
  • Experience with
    ATS platforms
    (e.g., Workday, SmartRecruiters, Greenhouse, or Lever).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong understanding of various hiring models (permanent, contract, and freelance).
