Parexel FSP poszukuje osoby na stanowisko Clinical Operations Manager Regulatory w Polsce.

Będziesz odpowiedzialny/a za wykonanie przydzielonych protokołów w danym kraju zgodnie z ICH/GCP i przepisami krajowymi, polityką i procedurami Klienta, standardami jakości oraz wymaganiami dotyczącymi zgłaszania zdarzeń niepożądanych wewnętrznie i zewnętrznie.

Wymagane doświadczenie:

Obowiązkowe:

- co najmniej 1 rok doświadczenia w Polsce w nadsyłaniu zgłoszeń EC i RA / EUCTR ( obowiązkowa znajomość usupełniania XML ) - w tym zgłoszenie wstępne i zgłoszenie zmian do protokołu.
- Doświadczenie w samodzielnym przygotowywaniu wniosków (CTC wspiera w zbieraniu dokumentów) zarówno do EC jak i RA.
- Doświadczenie w przygotowywaniu ICF z wykorzystaniem szablonów.
- Biegłej znajomości lokalnego środowiska regulacyjnego, procesów składania i zatwierdzania wniosków oraz zrozumienia, w jaki sposób wpływają one na rozpoczęcie badań.
- Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu dostawami IMP na poziomie lokalnym (dostawcy dostarczający leki podstawowe, standard opieki itp.).
- Doświadczenie w walidacji przetłumaczonych dokumentów.

Pożądane:
- Doświadczenie w zakresie budżetu kraju i placówki, w tym opracowywanie, negocjowanie i wypełnianie umów dotyczących badań klinicznych oraz nadzorowanie i śledzenie płatności związanych z badaniami klinicznymi i uzgadnianie płatności przy zamykaniu badania.
