About the Role

Are you passionate about turning data into actionable strategies that drive commercial success? We are looking for a CEE Senior In-Store Excellence Analyst to lead analytics for our CEE Business Unit, focusing on Perfect Store and Next Best Action programs. This pivotal role will transform business objectives into impactful sales strategies, leveraging insights to boost performance across Pharmacy and Mass Market channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • In-Store Analytics & Performance Monitoring: Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, monitor KPIs, and provide performance updates to senior leaders.
  • Insights Generation & Strategic Recommendations: Translate data into actionable insights and commercial strategies for CEE and local markets.
  • Data Management & Tools Development: Support the development and maintenance of analytic tools while ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with BU, EMEA-L ComEx, and Global Tech teams to enhance tools and expand program scope.
  • Data Literacy: Drive analytics acumen within the CEE Sales organization.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with commercial leaders to embed insights into business processes and performance management.

Requirements:

  • More than 3 years of experience in Analytics and/or Sales Force Effectiveness within FMCG or Consumer Healthcare.
  • Diploma in Statistical Methods, Engineering, IT, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Perfect Store implementation and deep understanding of the program.
  • Advanced MS Excel and Power BI proficiency.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken); Polish preferred.
  • Above-market experience in a multinational setup would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of Alteryx, Python, and familiarity with Azure resources are nice to have.
