A leading
global FMCG organization
is looking for an
Insights & Analytics Manager
to drive data-led decision-making across Poland, and CEE markets. This role is ideal for someone who loves turning complex data into clear direction and wants to influence brand and commercial strategy at a regional scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyse, and interpret sales and market data from multiple sources.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and market trends.
  • Lead market research projects (U&A, brand tracking) and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and global I&A teams to deliver insights that support business priorities.
  • Present insights to senior stakeholders in a compelling and business-focused way.
  • Support annual planning and forecasting with data-driven input.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and implement new analytical approaches.

What We're Looking For

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Market Research, Data Analytics, or similar.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a managerial or senior insights/analytics role (FMCG or research agency preferred).
  • Strong understanding of research methodologies and sales data analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity and influence decisions.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ambitious mindset with a desire to take ownership and drive impact.
