Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Regional Operations Manager to join our Corporate Operations team. This role will have a regional remit across Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), with Poland as the key home market, supporting CPPE's growth in the region and preparing for expansion into adjacent markets such as the Czech Republic, and beyond.

You will be responsible for leading projects and operational initiatives aimed at driving profitability, embedding best practices, and ensuring the successful integration of newly acquired and existing clinics within the CEE region.

This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of strategic insight and operational execution. You will work closely with clinic leadership teams across Poland and other CEE countries, helping them achieve sustained revenue growth, optimise cost structures, and maintain operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the operations partner for CPPE clinics in Poland and across the wider CEE region, ensuring consistent delivery of operational and commercial improvements.
• Partner closely with clinic leaders and staff to roll out targeted initiatives aimed at boosting profitability and efficiency.
• Diagnose clinic performance using financial statements (P&L, KPI dashboards, etc.), identify opportunity areas, and rapidly implement improvements.
• Support new clinic integrations in Poland and the CEE region, ensuring smooth onboarding and alignment with CPPE best practices with guidance from the central Integration Team.
• Develop and implement market-specific playbooks for Poland and other CEE markets, accounting for local regulations, consumer dynamics, and operational nuances.
• Support clinics undergoing slow growth or performance plateaus with tailored turnaround strategies.
• Act as a connector between central CPPE teams (Marketing, Finance, People, Legal) and clinic leadership to ensure alignment and accountability.
• Track and report progress of initiatives, including ROI assessments and impact reviews.
• Identify, design, and lead corporate-wide initiatives to maximise profitability across the entire CPPE clinic network.

Essential Experience Requirements:

• 3–6 years in management consulting or a similar strategic and results-driven role, ideally with a blend of strategy and performance improvement work.
• Strong ability to interpret P&Ls, understand cost structures, and identify profitability levers.
• Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders to drive change and align on strategic priorities.
• Exceptional project management skills, proactively managing timelines, resources, and deliverables without requiring follow-up.
• Highly action-oriented, influential without formal authority, and adept at building trust across diverse teams.
• Skilled in driving change with frontline teams and managing stakeholder alignment.
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills in English and Polish.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site with local teams across Europe.

Desirable Experience Requirements:

• Fluency in Czech or Romanian is a strong plus.
• Experience in multi-site healthcare, retail, or hospitality preferred.
• Experience in regional operations roles covering multiple markets is highly valued.
