Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Warsaw, with opportunities for partial remote work. As a Channel Demand Planner for Poland, you will manage demand planning and forecasting to ensure optimal inventory levels and product availability. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing market trends, creating production plans, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Demand Planning and Demand Forecasting to ensure accurate roadmap and inventory alignment
  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
  • Experience in Production Planning to optimize supply chain and inventory management processes
  • Excellent Communication skills to maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with supply chain management tools and software is a plus
  • Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
