Junior Demand Planner

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Department: Commercial

Contract: Permanent | Full-time

We're looking for a Junior Demand Planner to join our growing Commercial team at Inspired Pet Nutrition (IPN) - the home of much-loved pet food brands including Harringtons, Wagg, Barking Heads, Meowing Heads, AATU, and Blink.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced FMCG business with ambitious international growth plans. You'll support our demand forecasting, planning, and S&OP processes to ensure we deliver accurate, insight-led forecasts for our brands and customers across the Polish and European markets.

The Opportunity

As a Junior Demand Planner, you will:

  • Manage forecasting and demand planning for assigned brands and customers.
  • Coordinate and support the commercial team's forecast submissions.
  • Lead forecast meetings and contribute to S&OP debrief sessions.
  • Maintain forecast accuracy and data integrity within Anaplan.
  • Support product launches, range reviews, and portfolio optimisation.
  • Contribute to annual planning and budget-setting processes.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, and Sales to ensure strong alignment.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain, ideally within FMCG.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with planning tools (Anaplan experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Fluent English and Polish (both written and spoken).
