Demand & Supply Lead

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Demand & Supply Lead you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the balance between customer demand and inventory supply. You will be responsible for ensuring product availability, minimizing excess inventory, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. 

You will: 

• Responsible for all functionality bringing plans from region to market level. 
• Follow up and optimize buying plans together with Merchandiser Leads. 
• Run analyzes to identify planning opportunities and localize regional price and gross profit strategy together with Merchandise Leads. 
• Forecast of reduction costs with Demand & Supply Manager and ensure actions are followed. 
• Localize regional stock management strategies.  
• Constant exploration and implementation of how to improve the field of buying and stock management in region.
• Roll out way of working of new initiatives in region.

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

You will work closely with colleagues from Merchandising, Inventory & Optimization, Global Functions, as well as the Sales Market teams. Together, you'll ensure locally relevant demand planning as well as reduction strategy. Your role will involve cross-functional collaboration to drive results, optimize demand planning processes, and enable us to contribute to profitable growth, fostering strong teamwork across all departments.
