Job Description

  • Demand alignment with sales manager and ensuring supply planning mainly from Bosch plants
  • Create delivery plans
  • Daily contact with the sales team, product managers and suppliers to fulfill orders (main focus)
  • Analyze key metric customer service level and find measures for improvements
  • ABC Classification of parts
  • Analyze, plan and track key planning parameters (safety stock, lead time, min lot size, rounding value etc.) for optimization of customer service and inventory level
  • Manage bottleneck situations and supply concerns
  • Coordinate physical movement of material
  • Readiness of being key user of SAP-EWM and planning tool Maestro
  • Participation in improvement projects aimed at automating and optimizing activities

Qualifications

  • 5+ of experience in procurement planning
  • Strong analytical skills; organized with excellent time management and follow up skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively with international supply base
  • Target and service oriented
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills are required to enable an effective interface with other departments and different levels of management
  • Key user ability for planning system
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills required
  • Education: completed university studies in business economics, logistics, business informatics or a comparable subject
  • Experience and Knowledge: experience in building and maintaining a network of international marketing, sales and customer contacts and experts; understanding of planning processes; experience in dealing with Big Data in Excel, Power BI and other IT applications
  • Languages: very good communication skills in written and spoken English
