Support Engineer (Marketing Analyst).

For our client, a leading international logistics and transportation company, we are seeking a candidate for the position of Support Engineer (Marketing Analyst).

In this role, you will be granted administrative access to replicate customer configurations - including creating or removing users, accounts, and address books, to ensure the expected outcome aligns with a successful automated data transfer.

We're looking for candidates who are fluent in one of the following language combinations:

English only, English and French, English and Italian, or English and German.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve any technical issues after data transfer and fix them manually
  • Resolve any technical issues coming in from a customer via customer care, customer technology or sales
  • Reach out to customer through email or phone if issues are resolved

Required Skills:

  • Fluent English only/ English and French/ English and Italian, or English and German for direct client communication
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex issues in production environments
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Being able to read, write or have an interest in learning SQL queries
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) and incident management platforms
