Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Customer service of B2B customers in Switzerland, mainly in written communication using the German language
  • Providing support, including financial queries (both transactional business and basic accounting), answering product questions, and implementing contract changes
  • Preparing customer reporting, account statements, and conducting reconciliation
  • Utilizing the available system landscape to find satisfying solutions for customer queries
  • Cooperating with the internal stakeholder network and external business partners
  • Active assistance in all areas of the team, including participation in problem-solving activities and implementation of agreed solutions

  • Fluent in German (min. B2 level), English, and Polish on a very good level
