About the Role
Join a team that supports the global Facebook community, ensuring safe and positive user experiences. Youll bring empathy, problem-solving, and communication skills to help users navigate their challenges all while working in a dynamic, innovative, and supportive environment.
Your Day-to-Day
- Offer friendly and timely support to Polish-speaking Facebook users
- Investigate and resolve account and content issues
- Monitor abuse reports and uphold community standards
- Spot trends and escalate complex problems when needed
- Use your insights to improve the way we work
What You Bring
- Fluency in Polish and English
- Excellent communication and empathy skills
- A proactive and community-first mindset
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Familiarity with Facebook (well train you too)
What Youll Get
- 1100 gross/month base salary x 14 per year
- Up to 200 monthly bonus
