Job Description

As a Senior Calypso Technical Analyst, you will take a key role in the design, implementation, and integration of complex Calypso-based solutions. You will collaborate with both internal and external teams, ensuring technical consistency, high-quality delivery, and business value alignment in an agile or hybrid delivery framework.

We need somebody like you to help us in different fronts:

  • Act as Technical Lead and BA for Calypso projects with high-level complexity.

  • Drive the design of major technical solutions within Calypso, working closely with business and IT stakeholders.

  • Provide technical leadership to internal teams, following a servant leadership approach, leading by example.

  • Monitor and guide internal developments, ensuring code quality, efficiency, and technical coherence.

  • Lead collaboration with external technical teams, validating integrated solutions and aligning cross-functional deliveries.

 Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience working with Calypso platform.

  • Deep technical expertise in Calypso modules, functionalities, architecture, and integration frameworks.

  • Proven experience in leading Calypso solutions using technologies such as:

    • Oracle, Spring Boot

    • Web Services (SOAP/REST)

    • Gradle/Maven, Jenkins

    • Messaging systems: MQ, JMS, Kafka

  • Solid understanding of equity settlements and related financial instruments.

 Soft Skills:

  • Strong proactivity and ownership mindset.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.

  • High adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environments.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

 Languages:

  • English – Advanced level (mandatory)

  • Spanish – Nice to have
