Role Overview
We are looking for a
Technical Business Analyst
who can effectively translate complex business requirements into technical specifications. The role bridges both technical and business domains, ensuring smooth collaboration between development and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to gather and document technical and business requirements.
- Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment.
- Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
- Support Agile delivery, backlog refinement, and sprint planning.
- Use tools like Jira, Confluence, LucidChart, and GSuite to manage requirements and workflows.
Required Skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Technical BA in a technology or financial domain.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage technical documentation and workflows.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with Agile practices and requirement management tools.
- Industry certification in Business Analysis preferred.
