SAP Consultant (Finance)

We are looking for a skilled SAP Consultant with expertise in R2R process.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements
• Translates business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs
• Assesses existing systems to identify gaps and recommend improvements
• Develops comprehensive solution designs aligned with organizational goals
• Coordinates with development teams to ensure smooth integration of new solutions
• Participates in system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Creates detailed technical documentation and user guides
• Engages with business users and IT teams to gather feedback and ensure successful implementation
• Participates in project planning and execution, including task estimation and progress tracking
• Stays updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
• Supports the product lifecycle management in collaboration with Solution Architects and technology teams

Desired Skills & Experience

• Minimum of three years of experience in at least two IT solution development disciplines, including architecture and application design/development
• Proven experience as a Solutions Analyst or in a similar role within the IT domain, with a focus on SAP modules such as R2R, VIM, MM-PUR, MM-IM, FI, CO, SD, AR, or TR
• Proficiency in analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
• Experience in business process knowledge within logistics, supply chain management, or related fields
• Understanding of agile methods and processes, with the capability to support agile project teams
• Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to propose innovative solutions
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
• Experience working with developers in an in-and-out outsourced environment
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience leading and working in multi-cultural teams across time zones
• Fluent in English
