Overview
Pepsico runs several global / local collaborations & sponsorship each year, strengthening both brand equity and product rotation on shelves. The role is created to elevate this agenda to the next level by developing strategy for events, sponsorships and collaborations that supplements them with unmissable activations maximising return-on-investment, brand equity and sales acceleration across channels.
Responsibilities
- Develops & executes events, sponsorship & collaboration strategy in cooperation with global & local mktg teams
- Works with Mktg, Sales & Trade Marketing to develop instore activations turning planned sponsorships into rotation-boosting mechanisms, limited editions and lotteries
- Works with Mktg, Sales & Trade Marketing to activate selected customers via events, sponsorships and/or collaborations
- Works with all Snacks & Beverages brands as Power of One Resource, secures synergies for both Beverages & Snacks, optimises joint spent and achieves higher return-on-investment from Marketing budgets spent in both categories
- Develops a network of trusted agency partners for outstanding service and minimised costs
- Co-creates cultural relevancy agenda across all brands & influencer strategy by making sure they amplify events & sponsorships
Qualifications
- Min. 5Y experience in running events & sponsorships for FMCG companies
- Proven track-record in optimising costs while accelerating return-on-investment
- Experience in developing and executing limited editions & novelties projects
- Above average inspirational leadership to lead cross-functional efforts and deliver ambitious targets
- Above average collaboration skills (agency management, cooperation with brand managers & trade marketing managers in two categories, media team, global teams)
- Owners mentality - to ensure cost optimisation while measuring and delivering stretched growth targets
- Working knowledge of English & Polish required
