At GRM-RC (Group Risk Control), we take charge of managing the Bank's global market and liquidity risks, while also monitoring the Group's regulatory and economic risk-bearing capacity. As part of the COO function within GRM-RC, we are dedicated to ensuring efficient budget planning and control across the entire GRM area.

To deliver transparency and actionable insights, we utilize cutting-edge tools such as Qlik dashboards to visualize data at both client and portfolio levels. These tools empower our stakeholders with interactive reports and simulations of future scenarios, enabling informed decision-making. Currently, our Qlik dashboards are primarily utilized in Environmental Risk Control and Budget & Cost Controlling.

Our technology stack includes Qlik and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and we are actively working on integrating Python tools into our processes. Our ultimate mission is to automate and optimize workflows, fostering a more efficient, innovative, and data-driven environment.

What will you be doing? 

• Develop and maintain Qlik applications using advanced programming skills (Q-SQL) and a strong understanding of business needs
• Create innovative and visually impactful data illustrations for powerful analysis and professional presentations.
• Prepare and execute technical updates, including testing and documentation
• Collaborate closely with business analysts to understand and implement business requirements, ensuring continuous improvement of our products
• Manage and operate data and loading structures within Qlik and GCP

What We Are Looking For:

• Advanced expertise in developing on QLIK Multitenant Agile platforms
• Strong knowledge in maintaining and operating data and loading structures in QLIK and GCP
• Advanced skills in creating and implementing business-relevant use cases using Python
• Basic understanding to translate business requirements into technical solutions, with curiosity and a process-oriented mindset
• Basic knowledge of holistic and platform-independent improvements using BI tools
• Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level

Description of the cluster:

The Sales Analytics cluster as a part of the BDAA key area services the segments corporate customers as well as private and business customers. We combine and consolidate the bank's data to identify customer needs and transform them to sales opportunities using customized analytical models.
