Job Description
Praca w Warszawie w systemie hybrydowym w weekendy (sobota – niedziela)
Główne Zadania

  • organizacja i koordynacja transportów lotniczych (import i eksport)
  • kontakt z klientami, liniami lotniczymi, agentami celnymi
  • sporządzanie i wysyłanie awizo wysyłkowych / awizo dostaw do klientów
  • monitorowanie statusu przesyłek i dbanie o terminowość dostaw
  • przygotowywanie dokumentacji transportowej
  • reagowanie na bieżące potrzeby operacyjne w weekendy
  • prowadzenie i weryfikacja rozliczeń ze spedytorami, podwykonawcami usług transportowych
  • przygotowywanie raportów na potrzeby Działu

Oczekiwania Wobec Kandydata

  • Gotowość do pracy w weekendy (system pracy sobota – niedziela)
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego w stopniu komunikatywnym (min B2),
  • Dobra organizacja pracy, samodzielność, odpowiedzialność,
  • Mile widziane doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku (w spedycji lotniczej lub drogowej)
  • Mile widziany Certyfikat DGR Cat. 6
  • Umiejętności komunikacyjne i interpersonalne,
  • Umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu,
  • Dobra znajomość programu MS Office,
  • Wykształcenie minimum średnie
