Praca w Warszawie w systemie hybrydowym
Główne Zadania

  • Organizacja i koordynacja transportów lotniczych (import i eksport)
  • Kontakt z klientami, liniami lotniczymi, agentami celnymi
  • Sporządzanie i wysyłanie awizo wysyłkowych / awizo dostaw do klientów
  • Monitorowanie statusu przesyłek i dbanie o terminowość dostaw
  • Przygotowywanie dokumentacji transportowej
  • Reagowanie na bieżące potrzeby operacyjne
  • Prowadzenie i weryfikacja rozliczeń ze spedytorami, podwykonawcami usług transportowych
  • Przygotowywanie raportów na potrzeby Działu

Oczekiwania Wobec Kandydata

  • Znajomość języka angielskiego w stopniu komunikatywnym (min B2),
  • Dobra organizacja pracy, samodzielność, odpowiedzialność,
  • Mile widziane doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku (w spedycji lotniczej lub drogowej)
  • Mile widziany Certyfikat DGR Cat. 6
  • Umiejętności komunikacyjne i interpersonalne,
  • Umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu,
  • Dobra znajomość programu MS Office,
  • Wykształcenie minimum średnie
