How you will make an impact 

As a Digital Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the Finance Business Partner organization remains at the forefront of advancements in digital finance and data management. You will drive the development of sustainable finance intelligence solutions, including:

• Establishing automated processes to enhance business efficiency.
• Developing BI solutions and applications for performance management.
• Strengthening data management to improve business insights and decision-making.

You will lead the digital finance agenda within FBP, potentially leveraging AI to embed relevant tools and digital solutions across the organization. You will also collaborate closely with IT teams to translate business requirements and coordinate tool implementations, including documentation creation, UAT management, communication and user trainings.

What will make you successful 

You have a degree in IT, Finance, or Business and at least three years of experience. You're strong in data management and digital solutions (including the Microsoft Power Platform) and can translate technical work into business value through clear communication and stakeholder relationships. You thrive in fast-changing environments, work independently, and bring an entrepreneurial, results-focused mindset.

Furthermore, you bring:

• A degree in IT, Finance, or Business, and 3+ years of professional experience
• Expertise in data management, digital solutions, and the Microsoft Power Platform
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement to connect technology with business outcomes
• An independent, entrepreneurial approach and resilience in fast-paced settings
