We are looking for a Specialist within Project Management for our Central Controlling Teams placed in Gdansk to drive our standardization journey and steer us through the opportunities in our Service Delivery Excellence, transition and training backlogs.

"As a Specialist in Project Management in our Central Support Team you will in cooperation with the Senior Manager plan our initiatives and priorities for our standardization journey and ensure progress on and anchoring off our initiatives in the broader SCF organisation" says Senior Finance Manager Danny Lange Andersen.

As the department is based in Gdansk, Poland and you will have to expect some travel to your local stakeholders in Europe an valid Passport and driver's license are needed to be able to possess this job.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead standardization initiatives ensuring aligned Service Deliveries to our stakeholders
  • Lead learning initiatives ensuring enhanced business insight & Controlling skills
  • Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives and mindset within the Central Team
  • Facilitate Business Planning process

Who are You

  • You bring several years of solid experience in Project and Change Management, successfully driving projects and leading change efforts within organizations.
  • You have a proactive approach and enjoy building strong relationships with your stakeholders through great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You're an energetic and independent person who takes initiative and recognizes the potential in teamwork and collaboration across local and global teams to reach shared goals.
