Purchasing Specialist

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist based in Warsaw, Poland, reporting to Supply Chain Operations Manager. You'll have the opportunity to cooperate with our suppliers, Site Planner and Production Team, and to monitor any issues regarding our customers' requirements.

What you'll do:

• Analyze MRP results to create purchase orders for parts e.g., LED's, capacitors, screws, sleeves, and components required to manufacture industrial printers
• Manage master data for parts and components
• Cooperate with suppliers to monitor PO status, update the data in SAP
• Keep daily control on the stock level based on company standards
• Prepare other orders (PO, PR) according to the company needs
• Clarify any issues with vendors invoices
• Report of the KPI of the scope
• Cooperate with Warehouse in terms of incoming materials
• Cooperate with Production Team and Site Planner regarding priorities for deliveries
• Cooperate with Sourcing Team to support the negotiations and suppliers optimization

What you´ll need to have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience on a similar position in machine building/technical industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage a variety of activities at the same time in cross functional environment
• Great analytical skills
• Problem solving skills
• Very good command of Excel
• Ability to effectively communicate in English and Polish
• Experience with LEAN tools (8D, 5 Why's, Ishikawa Diagram) is an advantage
• Experince with SAP and PowerBI is an advantage
