Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential partners that would benefit from using the Powerdot charging network.   
  • Develop tailored partnership proposals to meet the specific needs of fleet operators. 
  • Negotiate and sign partnership agreements that drive mutual value.  
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with fleet partners and mobility stakeholders.  
  • Work cross-functionally with Operations, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for partners.  
  • Track partnership performance and proactively optimize to increase satisfaction.  
  • Represent Powerdot at relevant industry events and networking opportunities.  

Are you the one?

  • 2 to 4 years of proven experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales – ideally in mobility, logistics, energy, or related sectors.
  • Deep understanding of the fleet ecosystem and electric mobility landscape.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
  • Fluency in English would be a plus
  • Capacity of representing the company in public
