Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and ongoing communication.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Develop Power BI reports and dashboards based on documented requirements.
- Create and maintain Power Query transformations for data preparation and cleansing.
- Implement row-level security (RLS) based on business access requirements.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), collect feedback, and manage iterative improvements.
- Bridge communication between business stakeholders and the technical development team.
- Maintain documentation including process flows, data dictionaries, and report specifications.
- Support report deployment, workspace management, and scheduled refresh configuration in Power BI Service.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives.

Qualifications
- You have a university degree in computer science, mathematics, physics or similar field.
- Proven development experience using Power BI Desktop, Databricks, DAX-Code, Power Query M.
- Solid DAX fundamentals: measures, calculated columns, basic time intelligence.
- Report and dashboard design with focus on usability and visual best practices.
- Ability to elicit requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
- Documenting functional and non-functional requirements.
- Creating user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Polish.
- Open to working in a hybrid mode – one day per month at the office in Katowice.
