Responsibilities
- Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting business data to generate insights and support decision-making.
- Developing and maintaining BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Working with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Validating data accuracy, performing data quality checks, and troubleshooting inconsistencies.
- Creating documentation for metrics, KPIs, data models, and reporting logic.
- Supporting enhancements to BI workflows, datasets, and reporting processes.
- Collaborating with data engineers, analysts, and product teams to improve data availability and usability.
Requirements
- Experience as a BI Analyst for 2+ years.
- Strong analytical skills and solid understanding of KPIs, metrics, and business performance indicators.
- Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
- Experience with SQL for data extraction and validation.
- Understanding of data modeling concepts and reporting best practices.
- Ability to work with large datasets, perform data cleaning, and analyze data quality issues.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate+ and above.
