We're looking for a passionate Fleet Operations Specialist to join our Bolt Drive team in Poland. You'll take ownership of the full carsharing fleet lifecycle — from in-fleeting to daily operations — ensuring our vehicles are always ready to deliver an excellent experience to our users.
You'll be at the heart of our operations, connecting strategy with execution: optimizing processes, managing partners, and ensuring the smooth performance of one of the most visible parts of Bolt Drive.

About the role
As a Fleet Operations Specialist, you'll make sure our car fleet in Poland runs like a well-oiled machine. You'll manage all aspects of fleet operations — quality, availability, maintenance, and logistics — while working closely with our Country Manager, Head of Fleet, and HQ teams.
Your mission: keep our fleet in top condition, maximize efficiency, and help us expand into new cities.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Managing the end-to-end process of adding new cars to the fleet (in-fleeting) and retiring them (de-fleeting).
- Coordinating maintenance, servicing, and repairs — making sure every car meets our quality and safety standards.
- Building strong partnerships with local vendors, service providers, and repair shops.
- Tracking performance metrics, maintenance schedules, and incident reports to ensure operational excellence.
- Identifying process bottlenecks and proposing solutions to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Supporting the launch and scaling of Bolt Drive operations in new Polish cities.
- Collaborating closely with local and HQ teams on fleet strategy, logistics, and budgeting.
About you:
- You have 3+ years of experience in fleet management or operations, ideally with 500+ vehicles.
- You have a solid understanding of vehicle maintenance and logistics processes.
- You're analytical, structured, and detail-oriented — but also practical and solution-driven.
- You communicate clearly in English and Polish, both with internal teams and external partners.
- You're confident with Excel and data tools, using them to track and improve performance.
- You're proactive, thrive in fast-paced environments, and enjoy building processes that scale.
