Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in close collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Translate business needs into clear, detailed functional specifications for the development team
  • Facilitate communication and alignment between business stakeholders and the IT team throughout the project lifecycle
  • Participate in solution design discussions to ensure alignment with business processes and project goals

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for IT projects
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear and comprehensive functional specifications for development teams
  • Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to model them using industry-standard techniques (e.g., BPMN, UML)
  • Experience working closely with stakeholders to elicit requirements, clarify expectations, and validate proposed solutions
  • Strong communication skills, enabling smooth collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Ability to ensure that proposed solutions align with both business objectives and technical constraints
  • Experience preparing and maintaining project documentation (e.g., requirement documents, user stories, acceptance criteria)
