  • masz min. 5 lat doświadczenia na stanowisku Business Analyst,
  • potrafisz samodzielnie i efektywnie: zaplanować proces analizy biznesowej, przeprowadzić odkrywanie wymagań, udokumentować potrzeby biznesowe, zaprojektować funkcjonalnie system IT,
  • masz doświadczenie w budowaniu backlogu produktu,
  • swobodnie poruszasz się w złożonym środowisku organizacyjnym – potrafisz skutecznie identyfikować potrzeby różnych interesariuszy,
  • znasz różne techniki pozyskiwania i zapisywania wymagań (np. user stories, use cases, BPMN, diagramy UML),
  • potrafisz definiować wymagania funkcjonalne oraz pozafunkcjonalne,
  • myślenie produktowe (product thinking) jest dla Ciebie naturalnym podejściem,
  • potrafisz efektywnie prowadzić warsztaty z interesariuszami i zespołem projektowym,
  • myślisz analitycznie, umiesz wyciągać trafne wnioski z danych i obserwacji,
  • cechuje Cię wysoki poziom samodzielności, proaktywność i doskonałe umiejętności interpersonalne,
  • masz doświadczenie w dzieleniu się wiedzą – chętnie wspierasz innych i bierzesz udział w budowaniu kompetencji zespołu,
  • znasz zwinne metodyki tworzenia oprogramowania (np. Scrum, Agile, SAFe),
  • jesteś gotowy/a na okazjonalne wyjazdy służbowe za granicę,
  • godziny pracy do 17:00 nie są dla Ciebie problemem,
  • posługujesz się płynnie językiem polskim i angielskim (poziom C1),
  • posiadasz znajomość zagadnień integracyjnych (REST, Web Services) oraz standardów (XML, JSON) - nice to have,
  • posiadasz praktyczną znajomość SQL - nice to have,
  • korzystasz z narzędzi AI w swojej pracy - nice to have.
Na tym stanowisku będziesz:
  • wspierać klienta w rozpoznawaniu i doprecyzowaniu potrzeb,
  • optymalizować procesy: identyfikować możliwości usprawnień i proponować rozwiązania zwiększające efektywność,
  • pełnić rolę łącznika między zespołami biznesowymi a deweloperskimi, dbając o jasne i precyzyjne przekazywanie wymagań,
  • definiować, weryfikować i zarządzać wymaganiami w ciągu całego procesu wytwarzania oprogramowania,
  • prowadzić warsztaty z kluczowymi interesariuszami projektu,
  • przekładać biznesowe potrzeby klienta na język zrozumiały dla zespołu programistycznego,
  • tworzyć dokumentację oraz wizualizację procesów pomagających zebrać i usystematyzować biznesową wiedzę projektową,
  • opracowywać strategię rozwoju produktu/usługi,
  • uczestniczyć w implementacji i testach, aby zapewnić spełnienie standardów jakości,
  • reprezentować firmę w kontaktach z Klientami.
